About the association
Unit owners, looking after a shared home
Chateau Elysée Homeowners Association, Inc. is the elected body of unit owners responsible for the upkeep, security and shared facilities of all six clusters. Every registered unit owner is a member.

What we do
Maintain gardens, roads and common areas · Run 24/7 security · Operate the clubhouse, pools and courts · Collect and manage association dues · Enforce the house rules fairly.
How we're run
A board of trustees elected at the annual general membership meeting sets policy and budget. Day-to-day work is carried out by the administration office and property management team at the clubhouse.
Get involved
Attend the annual meeting, join a committee — grounds, security, events or finance — or simply read the notices and keep your cluster informed.
